Job Opportunity for Student Worker: Graphic Design/Visual Communication

We are looking for a graphic design student worker to support us in the project DAAN, from November to February (4 months), 10 hrs/week.

The Design Research Lab at the Berlin University of The Arts works on interdisciplinary design research projects, exploring responsive textiles and new forms of digital communication. The research project DAAN (Design of Ambient Adaptive Notifications) researches notification technologies in textiles worn on the body.

Your main task will be designing the final project documentation of DAAN (print)

Your profile:
– You are studying Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar
– You have experience in designing layouts, typography, editing images etc.
– You know how to design documentation material and you have experience with print
– Experience/Interest in photography and studio photography is a plus

You will work independently in an interdisciplinary team, in an open, pleasant atmosphere. Payment according to TV Stud II (Tarifvertrag für studentische Hilfskräfte II).
