ArcInTex ETN – Looking for a student assistant

For the ArcInTex ETN project at the Design Research Lab of the University of the Arts Berlin, I am looking for a student to assist with my PhD research for 60 hour/month (negotiable) starting as soon as possible. ArcInTex ETN is a EU project, funded by the Marie Sklodowska-Curie grant, that aims to strengthen the foundations of design for more sustainable forms of living by connecting architecture, interaction design and textiles. A part of my research within this project deals with harvesting contact electrification (static electricity) from interior textiles and developing future use-scenarios. I have made several experiments, tools and material explorations with textiles and static electricity that I would like to organise into an online toolkit that can be useful for other e-Textile practitioners. For this, I am looking for a student assistant who is comfortable with website design and can help me compile and present the different research explorations in a clear and visual manner.
